Stage 1: Initial Application
To become a WOW Agent you must first provide us with your contact details along with completing the ‘Personality Type’ questionnaire, designed to assist us in gauging your suitability for the role. You must also provide us with a current photo image [yourself only – without sunglasses, head and shoulders] which is no more than 6 months old. [jpg – Max size 200kb]
Initial applications will be processed within 24-48 hours from the time of submission, with notification as to their success posted on our website.
Access to this information will require your Username and Password, which will be provided upon completion of Stage1 of your application.
Stage 2: Request for more Info
If your Stage 1 application is successful you will then proceed to Stage 2 where further information such as banking [so we can pay you], and address details will be required. Depending on the volume of applications in the system this can sometimes take between 24-48 hours.
Assuming Stage 2 of your application is successful you will then need to contact our office to set up a suitable time for us to meet with you, [Sydney applicants only].
Interstate/Overseas Applicants: With regard to both interstate and overseas applicants,
Stage 3 of the application process will involve a member of our organisation (or affiliated organisation) conducting
a phone interview whereby additional information may be required from you in relation to your application. Please
ensure that your contact numbers are correct, as they will be required by management should your application proceed
to this stage.
Stage 3: Meeting
If you are successful at Stage 2 of your application you will be required to attend a face to face interview [Sydney applicants only]. This is necessary for two reasons; firstly it gives us an opportunity to meet with you in person, and secondly, it allows us to show you how to use the technology [the PDA’s] that you will use when in the field in conducting interviews. [see WOWTECH]
If after this Stage you are successful you will be registered in-house as a WOW Agent and be eligible for assignments as and when they become available.
Interstate/Overseas Applicants: As per above, with exception of the Sydney interview
[as interstate and overseas interviews will generally be conducted via telephone].
