WOW feedback provides a field force of qualified researchers and complies with all Australian & New Zealand Market Research Industry standards and guidelines; ‘Code of Professional Behaviour’.

Before becoming a WOW field agent each applicant must first undergo a 3 Step induction process which includes a comprehensive ‘Profiling Questionnaire’ along with three online training modules. Both specifically designed to assess a potential applicants suitability for the role.

PDA Rental / Lease

Rent or lease WOWTECH™ PDA’s by the day or week, pre-loaded with your own customised surveys.

Includes secure web access to your results and to report browsers.

Depending on the size, scope and frequency of the work, WOW can provide a permanent or casual capture solution tailored to your specific needs.

Software Licensing

Gives you complete access to WOW’s Survey Software System plus all other backend features.

Includes PDA application software, survey building platform, and WOW’s real-time online reporting tools.

Survey Design and Analysis

WOW calls on industry experts that specialise in retail, brand, customer experience and dashboard design to provide additional consulting and analytical services.
