1. What volume of responses comprises a typical sample size?
The correct number will depend on the variance in the responses. A typical one-off, single location study would consist of a minimum of 100 responses. However, where multiple locations of similar format are targeted, the individual sample size will generally be less as an aggregate will be used to form the basis of the study.

2. What is the typical cost for a project including WOW Agents.
Depending on the amount of questions and sample size required you can extrapolate an average of between 12-$20 per survey response.

3. Does WOW provide Survey Design and Analysis?
We work with leading companies to supply survey design and analysis should this be required.

4. What is the average lead time required for a project/ campaign?
Generally speaking between 7-10 days depending on the size, scope and geographical location/s of the campaign. During this time the questionnaire is developed, it is then along with each location entered into our data-base. Once uploaded the questionnaire is checked on our PDA’s prior to being dispatched to the relevant field agent. Finally, prior to the commencement of the campaign we brief and train those agents assigned to campaign on campaign goals and objectives.
Where large-scale assignments are concerned and where existing campaigns, either ‘in progress’ or are ‘due to commence’, a lead time of up to14 days may be required.

5. What is the recommended number of questions/ face time required?
In any survey situation you run the risk of what is called ‘survey fatigue’ if the survey is too long. Surveys that are too long will often reflect on the volume of responses captured. Our experience has shown that 15-20 questions, (excluding sub-sets) is usually optimal in providing around 2-3 minutes face time.

6. Are incentives or prizes needed to encourage survey responses?
When keeping to 15-20 questions and where respondents are approached in the correct manner, you will not need to incentivise. However, where survey length exceeds this volume incentives may be required.

7. How, and when can I view my results?
Access to results can be viewed online and are available immediately a campaign begins. Though results are available we recommend deferring analysis until the study is complete and (where necessary) the data washed. Once this occurs a courtesy email will be sent advising of this.

8. Is my data secure?
Results collected by WOW are provided via web browser and are retained on servers housed in a secured environment. Each client is provided with their own unique username and password which provides them exclusive access to their results. Data collected by WOW will at all times remains the property of ‘the Client’, further as a member of the AMSRS WOW adheres to their ‘Code of Professional Behaviour’ which includes all aspects of client confidentiality.

9. What export formats are available?

10. What are your payment terms?
WOW requires fifty percent (50%) upfront payment prior to engaging in a project. Preferred method of payment is by EFT.

WOW and its agents are covered by the necessary insurances required to function as a data collection agency which includes ‘Public Liability’.
