This software demonstration provides a brief introduction to WOW’s PDA Survey Software.

Comment Tagging

Comment tagging allows the user to tag and record additional respondent comments based on emotional relevance.

Neutral - Critical - Negative - Positive

Once tagged these comments can be filtered and displayed alongside traditional answers giving further insight as to the thoughts and opinions of those interviewed.

A result of the question type chosen, this feature can be added or excluded at the survey build stage depending on the requirements of the study being conducted.
