Quick Reports, displays results fast and efficiently through an easy to interpret summery style format.

This simple to use reporting option displays the results in bar graph tables and includes filter, print and export options.

From a summary snapshot to an individual responses, Quick is simple and easy to use.

Detailed, the more encompassing of the two report options, provides for greater flexibility by providing superior drilldown capability.

Displayed in Excel, (CSV format) results are easy to interpret and can be saved directly from our server onto your computer.

Whatever option you choose, WOW can provide the information you need with just a few simple clicks.

As a unique addition to our software platform WOW has introduced a follow-up or ‘Resolution Scheduler’. This scheduler allows for the tracking and resolving of issues that may have been uncovered during a study and that may require immediate action. It’s simple to use and retains a complete history of all dialogue sent between all parties involved.

Once logged, an ‘issue’ can be assigned to those responsible to be ‘actioned’.

The scheduler allows for ongoing updates so at any time any party involved can simply login to see exactly where the matter is up to.

The scheduler also features a Resolve By Date: function keeping those responsible accountable until the issues are resolved.
